June starts a rainy season and ends half of July bringing a humid climate in the majority of Japan.  August is humid and hot in a nearly all of Japan, while September is a peak of typhoon season, although it can also still be rather humid and hot; October is warm and perfect for a comfortable travel.  November is among the best times for a Japan visit, as its weather is mild and dry, with low airfares and spectacular autumn leaves.  December is the direst month is also a good time for traveling.
